Wash and Fold Questions

Between 8AM and 5PM Monday through Friday inside Moten's TLC headquarters in Fredericksburg.

Generally, most orders are done and ready for pick-up the next business day Monday through Friday. If we pick up an unusually large order that may require more time, we will let you know.

We offer this service Monday through Friday from 8AM to 5PM. Please sign in to see available driver pickup and delivery windows.

Yes, a modest $25.

When you place your order, we will ask for your credit card information. Your card will not be charged until your order is complete. 

Most orders are done and delivered the next business day. Unusually large orders may require an extra day but we will let you know if that is the case.

No, you do not. Just let us know in the special instructions fields where we can find your laundry and where we can leave it. Please be as descriptive as possible.

We welcome special requests. Just let us know by inputting your requests in the special instructions fields when scheduling online. We will oblige to the best of our ability.

No, there is no contract. You can cancel at anytime.

With the card you put on file with us.

We recommend putting your laundry in a laundry bag or a trash bag that cinches closed. 

You can suspend your account until you return from your vacation. Just log into your account and put your service on hold until you return.
